App Store App ID 6782705874 · apps.apple.com/app/id6782705874 (link goes live at launch). Breed dogs — body types, coat colors, markings, eye colors — fill the Dog-Dex, and trade on the Dog Exchange.
App Store App ID coming soon. The same genetics engine with kittens: coat colors, markings, eye colors, and a fully recessive long-coat chase. Fill the Cat-Dex, trade on the Cat Exchange.
Under the cute is a real dominant/recessive Mendelian genetics engine. Every pet carries two alleles per trait, dominance decides what shows, and carried recessive genes hide for generations before surprising you in one lucky baby. Two short-coat cats really can throw a long-coat kitten.

Pet Genome is a series of two cozy genetics games for iPhone — Dog Genome and Cat Genome — made by one person. Breed pets through a real dominant/recessive inheritance system, chase hidden genes, collect every coat, and enter gentle competitions. Free to play, fully offline, no ads, no gacha, no accounts.
Dog Genome and Cat Genome are cozy, single-player genetics games for iPhone, built by a solo developer and launching in summer 2026. Each game opens with a rescue call: scoop up strays, decide who stays, and grow your kennel or cattery. Underneath the cute is a real dominant/recessive Mendelian inheritance engine — coat colors, markings, and eye colors pass from parent to pet, and carried recessive genes can hide for generations before surprising you in one lucky baby. Two short-coat cats really can throw a long-coat kitten.
Players fill the Dog-Dex or Cat-Dex with every discoverable look, chase rare sterling and prismatic births, dress pets in 100+ cosmetic props, enter cozy Arena events and Style Shows like Best In Schmo, and trade on the in-game Exchange. Both games are free to play with optional, deterministic purchases — no ads, no gacha, no accounts, no data collection, and everything plays fully offline.
